Sponsorship Agreement Details Monetary Contributions Contributions for the 2013 NCCDC will be accepted until March 19, 2013 Payments can be made online, by check, credit card, or transfer. If Payment is not received by March 19, 2013 we may be unable to list your organization as an official sponsor or provide the benefits associated with sponsorship. Personnel Volunteering time, while greatly appreciated, is not considered a deductible donation under current IRS guidelines. As such we cannot consider volunteer time when calculating donations, gifts, or sponsorship levels. Software and Hardware Donations Software is valued at the cost of the license over the time period we are being allowed to use the software. For example, if the software is valued at $12,000 and we are able to utilize it for one month then we will value it at $1,000. A software contribution will not exceed the $5,000 sponsor level unless it is accompanied by an additional monetary or hardware contribution. Give-away items and other in-kind donations Sponsors may provide give-away items such as T-shirts, pens, and other items with their logo to be given away during the recruiting banquet or at the awards ceremony. Companies can also be supporters of NCCDC by providing items for distribution at the event. Press Releases As a sponsor you may publish a press release, article, etc. discussing NCCDC and your involvement. We will need to be aware of the publication and be able to review it before it is released. Quotes will be provided for sponsors at the silver level and higher.
