4.1 Decubitus<br />
Indicator<br />
The percentage of clients with decubitus stage 2 to stage 4 which started in<br />
the organisational unit (V&V) during the care period at home (ZT).<br />

Enumerator<br />
The number of clients with decubitus stage 4 to 4 during the week in which it is<br />
measured (started in the organisational unit / during the care period at home).<br />
Denominator<br />
The number of clients whit whom the measurement was carried out on the<br />
day / in the week of measuring.<br />
Not to be • Clients who do not want to be measured for this purpose on the<br />
measured with<br />
day or in the week that measurements are carried out<br />
• Clients with whom it has been put down in writing in the care contract or<br />
the care (treatment) / life plan in conference with them that systematic<br />
examination for decubitus for the benefit of the <strong>Quality</strong> <strong>Framework</strong> will<br />

• For Home <strong>Care</strong>: Clients who have not been indicated for the function<br />
nursing and/or personal care ( so only those clients should be measured<br />
that have been indicated for the function nursing and/or personal care)<br />

• In the Testing <strong>Framework</strong> of November 2005, high-risk patients are mentioned.<br />
This is still valid. Whether or not someone is a high-risk client is determined in<br />
hind sight with the correction of care dependency. This datum is used in risk<br />
correction.
