• Crossing Grade Levels For Instruction: fluid
movement of students to meet educational needs
(up and down grade levels)
• Pre and Post Assessments: break down essential
student strength’s and weaknesses so teachers can
move students forward with required grade level
elements while “filling in the gaps” with missing
skills
• Differentiated Learning: allows students to
incorporate their learning styles with their pacing
