“We have 3 children ages 3 to 8 and
my wife and I found at the YMCA a safe
and friendly place to develop and
improve our family in many different
ways; mentally and health wise. Our
kids have enjoyed karate, yoga and
hanging out at the KidZone. My wife
and I also participate in group exercise
classes and we know that it’s a lifelong
impact in our family. The benefits
that we have experienced at the
YMCA has been great and we are
so grateful to be part of it.”
