2.18 Internet Connection at Other Accommodations North and South Spoletorp, Klostergården, Helsingborg Internet connection is included in your rent and you don´t have to choose a special provider. Just plug in your computer, you do not need any password or login. Östra Torn After signing your contract at the International Housing Office they will inform the Internet Provider Telia who will open the connection in a few days. Just plug in your computer to the network socket in your room and it will work as soon Telia have opened the connection. The Internet Provider Telia also will send you a letter in Swedish with your username (användarnamn) and password (lösenord). This should only be used if you want increased speed or to order additional services. Using this service will cost an extra fee as these services are not included in the rent. Michael Hansen Internet connection is included in your rent, but you have to go to the reception desk at Michael Hansen and sign the internet contract. After that you will receive a password for the internet. Malmö Folkets Park The internet provider is Telia. Connect your computer to the modem in your room. Internet access is included in the rent but to be connected you need to activate your account. Call Customer service 020-755 766 or log on to www.bredbandswebben.se You will be asked to state your personal number, state your date of birth (YYMMDD) followed by 0000. 2.19 Moving Out: Information before Departing We hope you have enjoyed your stay as our tenant. Your contract ends soon and as you will be leaving your room, we would like to remind you of a few things you need to think about before your departure. Please note that it is very important that you return your keys before 12.00 on the last day of your contract or as agreed with the International Housing Office. Keys can be returned to our office as follows: - During regular visiting hours, Sandgatan 3, Monday to Friday between 13.00 and 15.00. - To our mailbox outside our office room 148, accessible Monday to Thursday 7.30-16.30 & Friday 7.30-16.00 (except for public holidays). - Keys should be returned in an envelope marked with your name, area and room number. If you leave when our office is closed: Put the keys in an envelope addressed to International Housing Office, with your name, area, and room number on and leave it in the letterbox available, at Spolegatan 1R, at the entrance to International Students House, Spoletorp, from the main street. (Close to the railway station). The letterbox is marked with International Housing Office. Please refer to page 36 for a map. If you are not sure where this is please contact us. If you use this option please inform us prior to your departure. Cleaning your room: On the following pages you will find information about how to clean your room prior to departure. Please note that there is an additional sheet, cleaning checklist (PDF document), available which has a checklist of how and what you need to clean before you return the keys to us. 32
