This harmonizes the
emergence profiles of
the prosthetic
components throughout
the treatment process, in
addition to facilitating the production of temporary and permanent
restorations, as well as minimizing the risk of complications.
All prosthetic components of the Bone Level Implant line have
consistent emergence profiles: the healing abutment, the
temporary abutment, and the final restoration abutments. As a
result, the soft tissue is prepared optimally from the outset
through to the final restoration. Components with consistent
emergence profiles can be inserted without pinching or causing
the patient pain.
Cost-effective Arch
Trimmers Enquiry No. 15/05
Millo and Millo pro are the two new dental arch trimmers from
Renfert. Unlike the usual method of trimming with the
handpiece, the dental arch is firmly held in position and guided
on the trimmer by both hands. The cutter’s conical shape (no
undercuts) makes it easy to free the arch from the plaster base
without damage. This makes for absolutely smooth surfaces,
even gradients and tapers, and thus, spotless models.
These compact machines even rationalise the workflow during
model fabrication and allow clean and efficient
handling. The arch trimmer allows the
technician to work twice as fast compared
with a handpiece. Also, considerable
material is removed during arch trimming.
Specially positioned extraction vents on
the arch trimmer ensure the field of vision
around the object remains free and the
workspace clean. Both machines allow
simple and fast cutter replacement by
lifting the work table and using the onboard
tool.
