Tiburón Event Guidelines<br />

All food <strong>and</strong> beverages consumed on property must be purchased through Tiburón <strong>Golf</strong> <strong>Club</strong>. All<br />

event dates are subject to availability <strong>and</strong> are confirmed with a signed, executed contract plus a<br />

non-refundable $500 deposit.<br />

All <strong>menu</strong>s must be finalized at least three weeks prior to the event. A final guaranteed headcount<br />

must be provided no later than five days prior to the event. This is the minimum amount of guests<br />

that you will be billed for.<br />

All plated events with multiple entrée options also require a final count for each type of entrée<br />

prior to the event date.<br />

Available Rooms & Rental Fees<br />

Sydney’s<br />

Sydney’s is Tiburón <strong>Golf</strong> <strong>Club</strong>’s main dining room, located on the lower level of the clubhouse. It<br />

offers magnificent views of Tiburòn’s Gold golf course <strong>and</strong> features an adjacent covered patio.<br />

Sydney’s can accommodate up to 120 guests for a seated function <strong>and</strong> 175 guests for a st<strong>and</strong>ing<br />

reception, depending on the type of event & function requirements.<br />

Room Rental:<br />

Sunday- Thursday $500<br />

Friday & Saturday $700<br />

Overtime Fee (Exceeding 4 hours) $200 per hour<br />

Private Dining Room<br />

The Private Dining Room is located directly across from Sydney’s. It offers gorgeous views of the<br />

golf course & Ritz-Carlton <strong>Golf</strong> Resort. It can accommodate up to 24 people for a seated event<br />

<strong>and</strong> can be configured to accommodate intimate luncheons, business meetings & private dinners.<br />

Room Rental:<br />

Sunday- Thursday $200<br />

Friday & Saturday $300<br />

Sydney’s Pub<br />

Sydney’s Pub is the clubhouse’s a la carte dining room, located on the upstairs level of the building.<br />

It is available for private rental for selected events depending on event date & time. The Pub can<br />

accommodate up to 60 guests inside <strong>and</strong> has a balcony with additional seating for 28 guests.<br />
