under which <strong>DKSH</strong>’s Business Segment Fast Moving Consumer Goods in<br />
Thailand will support the Diesel, Timberland, and DSQUARED2 brands<br />
from Marcolin, as well as the Guess and Guess By Marciano eyewear from<br />
Viva with sales, marketing, logistics, distribution, and import services. The<br />
collaboration commenced in March 2012 and covers all territories and<br />
sales channels in Thailand.<br />
Marcolin, founded in 1961 in Italy, is represented today in more than 80<br />
countries and has held a leadership position in the luxury eyewear market<br />
for over 40 years. The company is listed on the stock exchange in Milan.<br />
Established in 1978 as an entrepreneurial company, Viva International<br />
Group has grown to become a global leader in ophthalmic frames and<br />
sunglass manufacturing, with distribution in 90 countries.<br />
