Overall Purpose




euNetworks is looking for a driven individual for the role of Sales Operations

Manager. Located in London, your responsibilities will extend across all euNetworks

locations in Europe.

The Sales Operations Manager will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance to help

create a world class sales organization. You will implement processes and metrics that will

help the sales management team understand the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities

in the pipeline of every sales region and every account.

By working with management to set a high bar for sales effectiveness, you will position the

company for rapid and profitable growth. The Sales Operations Manager’s activities will be

directly tied to the company’s overall goals and objectives as well as the company’s sales

targets.

Key Responsibilities













Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Senior Management to

develop and implement effective sales programs and priorities.

Work cross functionally with Sales and Finance in the implementation of the

commission plan.

Participate in and drive a disciplined sales forecast process across the

organisation, utilising standard tools and processes without disrupting sales

productivity.

Deliver timely, accurate and actionable business information to the field and

management team on weekly/monthly basis.

Own the process for reporting weekly/monthly on revenue plan to actual.

Support and execute the strategy for achieving annual sales goal by territory,

distribution channel and key accounts.

Maintain the Sales Force Automation system and ensure SFA system reflects

accurate customer information including but not limited to leads, contacts,

accounts and opportunities.

Provide communication to the sales organization regarding enhancements and

updates to SFA and provide/organize training when necessary.

Support and maintain sales quotas and compensation plans.

Ensure completeness and accuracy of sales order information.

Resolve any sales order-related issues and conflicts.

Management of Sales Operations Support Analyst on daily task management

providing support, coaching and personal development.

Experience Required

Graduate level education in a relevant discipline.

Minimum of 3-5 years of sales operations, sales analysis or forecast analysis experience

within the high-tech or telecommunications industry.

Demonstrated business planning skills.

Ability to synthesize data into comprehensive reports for all levels of

management.

Adept at utilizing Excel and PowerPoint to analyze complex data, distill and

communicate key business messages.

Experience with account planning and establishing high level business

relationships.

Ability to work with sales databases, e-mail systems, and standard word

processing applications.

Experience with Salesforce.com highly desired.

A strong work ethic and the desire to work as a member of a team.

Strong problem-solving, analytical and collaborative skills.

Highly organized, detail-orientated and results driven.

Ability to multi-task.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
