CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: The Louisiana Academy of Continuing Dental Education/LSU Continuing Dental Education reserves the right

to cancel any course should circumstances warrant such action. In the event a course is cancelled or filled, the Academy will either refund the

full tuition or apply the tuition to the next course of your choice. If you must cancel your registration for a course, the Academy will apply the

tuition you paid (minus an administrative fee) to the next course of your choice if the Academy receives written notification of your withdrawal

fifteen (15) working days prior to a lecture course or thirty (30) days prior to a participation course. Notification of withdrawal received after a

The LSU OMS Review Course focuses on all phases of oral and maxillofacial surgery

and advanced cosmetic maxillofacial surgery, emphasizing critical aspects of surgery
