The 5th edition of the Summit aims to reveal the railway business opportunities and technological innovations<br />
in the Wider Black Sea Area (WBSA), in the light of the significant number of projects being implem<strong>en</strong>ted and<br />
g<strong>en</strong>erous investm<strong>en</strong>ts planned. The 2 days ev<strong>en</strong>t will underline the chall<strong>en</strong>ges ahead for the 28 railway markets<br />
in the WBSA area and will prospect their evolution for 2028.<br />
Major factors like pass<strong>en</strong>ger and freight liberalization, technological and institutional interoperability, regional,<br />
national and cross border developm<strong>en</strong>t, other key issues shaping the industry will be examined by more than<br />
250 key decision and influ<strong>en</strong>tial factors in the industry. The ag<strong>en</strong>da features well known leaders from the railway<br />
business <strong>en</strong>vironm<strong>en</strong>t, international organisations and state authorities that will be involed in developing a<br />
