CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
To register for the conference, complete the CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
FORM and forward with your check or credit card information to BAFT-IFSA,
9 Sylvan Way, Suite 130, Parsippany, NJ 07054.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES
BAFT-IFSA Full Members are $1,865 and Associate Members are $2,325.
Non-BAFT-IFSA members are $2,845. REGISTER EARLY and reserve a place.
SUBSTITUTIONS can be made at any time. Cancellations must be received in
writing to BAFT-IFSA at EVENTS@BAFT-IFSA.com or faxed to 973-656-1915.
Refunds will be given prior to August 22, 2010, but a $100 processing fee will
be incurred. No refunds will be issued after August 22, 2010; however, if you
need to cancel, substitutions are welcomed!

GOLF TOURNAMENT
BAFT-IFSA’s golf tournament and Hole-In-One Challenge, sponsored by Dovetail
will be held on Sunday morning, September 19th, at the New Grand Cypress
Golf Course. This tournament is open to all registered conference attendees and
participating exhibitors at a cost of $135. This cost includes green and cart fees
(club rentals will be an additional $50 per set), a continental breakfast, and a
buffet lunch.
Please indicate on the conference registration form if you plan to participate in
the golf tournament and submit your payment with your conference registration
fee. Further information & appropriate registration materials will be sent to you
with your registration confirmation.
STAND OUT IN THE CROWD! Participate in the Golf Sponsorship Program.
Prize Sponsorship: $ 500 – Your Company will be listed as a sponsor and
announced at the Awards Ceremony during the tournament luncheon. A
representative of your company can be in attendance to present the award. The
hole on which the skills competition takes place will have a sign showing your
company’s name as sponsor.
Hole Sponsorship: $ 350 – A sign with your institution’s name will be placed
at a designated hole.
“Goody Bag” Donation: As most banks and corporations have logo gifts
(i.e. golf balls, tees, caps, visors, gloves, towels, tote bags, t-shirts, etc.) that are
distributed to their customers, BAFT-IFSA would be grateful to receive donations
to be distributed in goody bags to all tournament players. Simply check off the
appropriate space on the Registration Form, and your bank/company will receive
mention on the agenda which is distributed to all tournament participants.
SPOUSE/GUEST REGISTRATION AND RESTRICTIONS
Admittance to all conference functions will require that an individual be a
conference registrant with a nametag. The spouse/guest registration fee is $300
and is not applicable to co-workers. Co-workers must complete an individual
registration. No children will be admitted to any conference event.
CDCS Professionals Will Earn
10 PDUs for the Event.
