CONFERENCE REGISTRATION<br />

To register for the conference, complete the CONFERENCE REGISTRATION<br />

FORM and forward with your check or credit card information to BAFT-IFSA,<br />

9 Sylvan Way, Suite 130, Parsippany, NJ 07054.<br />

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES<br />

BAFT-IFSA Full Members are $1,865 and Associate Members are $2,325.<br />

Non-BAFT-IFSA members are $2,845. REGISTER EARLY and reserve a place.<br />

SUBSTITUTIONS can be made at any time. Cancellations must be received in<br />

writing to BAFT-IFSA at EVENTS@BAFT-IFSA.com or faxed to 973-656-1915.<br />

Refunds will be given prior to August 22, 2010, but a $100 processing fee will<br />

be incurred. No refunds will be issued after August 22, 2010; however, if you<br />

need to cancel, substitutions are welcomed!<br />

GOLF TOURNAMENT<br />

BAFT-IFSA’s golf tournament and Hole-In-One Challenge, sponsored by Dovetail<br />

will be held on Sunday morning, September 19th, at the New Grand Cypress<br />

Golf Course. This tournament is open to all registered conference attendees and<br />

participating exhibitors at a cost of $135. This cost includes green and cart fees<br />

(club rentals will be an additional $50 per set), a continental breakfast, and a<br />

buffet lunch.<br />

Please indicate on the conference registration form if you plan to participate in<br />

the golf tournament and submit your payment with your conference registration<br />

fee. Further information & appropriate registration materials will be sent to you<br />

with your registration confirmation.<br />

STAND OUT IN THE CROWD! Participate in the Golf Sponsorship Program.<br />

Prize Sponsorship: $ 500 – Your Company will be listed as a sponsor and<br />

announced at the Awards Ceremony during the tournament luncheon. A<br />

representative of your company can be in attendance to present the award. The<br />

hole on which the skills competition takes place will have a sign showing your<br />

company’s name as sponsor.<br />

Hole Sponsorship: $ 350 – A sign with your institution’s name will be placed<br />

at a designated hole.<br />

“Goody Bag” Donation: As most banks and corporations have logo gifts<br />

(i.e. golf balls, tees, caps, visors, gloves, towels, tote bags, t-shirts, etc.) that are<br />

distributed to their customers, BAFT-IFSA would be grateful to receive donations<br />

to be distributed in goody bags to all tournament players. Simply check off the<br />

appropriate space on the Registration Form, and your bank/company will receive<br />

mention on the agenda which is distributed to all tournament participants.<br />

SPOUSE/GUEST REGISTRATION AND RESTRICTIONS<br />

Admittance to all conference functions will require that an individual be a<br />

conference registrant with a nametag. The spouse/guest registration fee is $300<br />

and is not applicable to co-workers. Co-workers must complete an individual<br />

registration. No children will be admitted to any conference event.<br />
