HOW TO CLAIM
1. To claim your Samsung 8.9” Wifi 16gb Tablet at RRP $699.00 NZD (“Bonus Gift”), purchase any Samsung Whitegood
Product model number SRF801GDLS, SRF639GDSS, SRF527DSIST, SRS710GNLS, SRS690GDLS, SRS691GDIS, SRS683GDHLS,
SRS684GDHSS, WA5471ABW, WF1104XAC, WDO754W8E, BQ1D4T081, BQ1Q4T102, or BQ1VD6T012 (“Participating
Product”) between 9:00 am NZST on 06.02.2012 and 6:00 pm NZST on 30.03.2012, or such earlier time as the total sales of
Participating Products equals the number of Bonus Gifts available (being 450) (“Promotional Period”).
2. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, customers must purchase the Participating Products from a participating
retailer during the Promotional Period.
3. To claim, claimants must, within 14 days of the date of purchase, complete a Redemption Form (including the serial
number(s) of the Participating Products purchased) and send the Redemption Form and a copy of their original purchase
receipt in a stamped envelope to: Samsung Home Appliances Promotion, PO Box 90645, Victoria Street West, Auckland

4. All Redemption Forms and original purchase receipts must be received by the Promoter no later than 11.59pm (NZST)
on 13.04.2012. Please note the Bonus Gift will only be awarded once the Promoter receives the serial number(s) of the
Participating Product purchased along with a copy of the original purchase receipt.
5. Claimants should allow at least 90 days from the date their Redemption Form and a copy of their original purchase
receipt is received by the Promoter, to receive their Bonus Gift.
