<strong>Nunastar</strong> offers onsite 24 hour a day security along with a state-of-the-art video surveillance system covering<br />

the entire property. Security personnel are on-call 24 hours a day.<br />

Upkeep and Maintenance<br />

<strong>Nunastar</strong>’s on-site repairs and maintenance team are on-call to address facilities issues as they arise – seven<br />

days a week. <strong>Nunastar</strong> also has an ongoing renewal program to upgrade all buildings and suites including<br />

a recent multi-million dollar exterior renovation of Creekside Village, annual multi-unit refurbishment and<br />

modernization project and ongoing commercial and a facility improvement program.<br />

<strong>Nunastar</strong> Corporate Housing Program<br />

The <strong>Nunastar</strong> Corporate Housing Program is designed to streamline the management of residential staff<br />

housing programs for companies doing business in Iqaluit. <strong>Nunastar</strong>’s program will:<br />

• Accommodate staff in spacious units that have been recently refurbished and upgraded<br />

• Keep staff safe with 24/7 security monitoring via security cameras and security patrols<br />

• Keep staff comfortable with a 24/7 on-site repairs and maintenance team<br />

• Minimize administration and staff management costs through one-stop billing, and<br />

streamlined inspection services<br />

• Options available for fully furnishes suites<br />

• Facilitate short-term stays with our partner hotel, the Frobisher Inn, along with access to<br />

Frobisher Inn amenities such as Frobisher Inn Fitness Centre and free airport shuttle<br />
