Stretch Wrapper GL 205 / 215
Wraps 15-50 loads per day. Wraps irregular shaped loads. Uses forktruck/palletjack to load stretch wrapper. Operator
starts wrap cycle at machine. Operator manually cuts/attaches film.
The versatile Cyklop wrapper for a wide range of applications.The differences in the degree of automation of the
machines have been laid down based on many years of experience. Together with the equipment options and the many
possible settings they offer optimum adaptation to any requirements and thus provide the new stretch wrapper series
with a high level of cost-effectiveness.
These properties guarantee not only good load securement but also minimum material costs, i.e. low film consumption.
As opposed to the GL 205, with the GL 215 you have the possibility to regulate the application of tension (force of
applying the film to the product).

The chosen prestretch ratio stays constant, which
guarantees a consistent low film, consumption,

Film carriage speed is individually adjustable to
minimize film overlap.
Motorized prestretch device (GL215) minimizes
film consumption and protects delicate goods.
Consistent packaging result
Flexible setting possibilities enable optimum
packaging for a variety of goods.
The film tension is automatically set which gives
an even cover around the goods.
Several standard programs are available, e g
with top sheet for protection against water.
4 programs are factory preset.
