Rolling forecast for the next 3 months
Send global orders per sku following production dates (from
the paper mill)
Call truck per truck
Record each deliveries manually in our IT system

Rolling forecast for the next 12 months
Confirmation volume for M+2 : firm commitment
Fulfilment order per sku : 10 days before production dates
Order truck per truck : leadtime : 5 days, with mixt products inside

Delivery paper from Stora Enso, reception a delivery message
integrated in our ERP (by EDI)
Reception Invoices by EDI ( work in progress)

More flexible & improvement reactivity :
- cancellation of the safety stock during season
Improvement efficient
- better anticipation of the season for Stora Enso
- reception and unloading of the trucks (w/o EDI : 1 HC more)
Strong decreasing of the inventory :
- decreasing by 40 % of our paper stock
- closing of one temporary warehouse during season
Accuracy of our stock :
- 0,07 % of variation value of the stock
