OUR SCHOOL<br />
Our school is successful and over subscribed school for boys aged 11-16 and with a coeducational<br />
Sixth Form. We have first class facilities for learning and specialist status for<br />
Sports, Maths and Computing.<br />
With over 1,150 pupils on our roll, we are a<br />
successful and thriving college. We are proud of<br />
our academic community, which provides a<br />
secure, disciplined environment where all<br />
students can achieve to <strong>the</strong> best of <strong>the</strong>ir ability.<br />
We have 60 selective places in every year open to<br />
boys from any borough. The o<strong>the</strong>r 120 places are<br />
offered in line with our admission criteria (see<br />
inside back cover).<br />
We have high expectations of all our students and<br />
in return make a commitment to understanding<br />
and meeting <strong>the</strong>ir individual needs. Our<br />
commitment to excellence in all areas – academic,<br />
artistic, sporting and personal behaviour is<br />
reflected in our examination results and <strong>the</strong><br />
popularity of our college.<br />
We are proud of state of <strong>the</strong> art facilities including<br />
a cashless biometric system for payment of school<br />
meals.<br />
<strong>Ernest</strong> <strong>Bevin</strong> expects students to stay <strong>the</strong> full seven<br />
years, taking advantage of our thriving coeducational<br />
Sixth Form in our recently built<br />
