His strengths are customer orientation and a sense of continuous process improvement. Mr. Dollinger is experienced in leading<br />

cross-functional and multi-cultural teams. Operationally, he managed the order fulfillment department of Fujitsu Siemens<br />

Computers for several years.<br />

He has published several articles with regard to advanced planning systems and supply chain management tools and given<br />

presentations at multiple management seminars and logistics congresses. He is member of the SCC (<strong>Supply</strong> <strong>Chain</strong> Council)<br />

community, of the BLV (Bundesvereinigung Logistik) and of Bitkom (company membership). Mr. Dollinger is a guest lecturer at<br />

several universities in locations such as: <strong>Zurich</strong>, St. Gallen, Vallendar, Vienna, Graz and Munich.<br />

Michael earned a master’s degree (Diplom-Kaufmann) in Business Administration at Mannheim and Frankfurt/Main Universities<br />

in Germany. With over 30 years of experience in <strong>Supply</strong> <strong>Chain</strong> <strong>Management</strong> in the process industry as well as in automotive and<br />

logistics services, Michael held several operational and strategic management positions across Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing,<br />

Logistics and Customer Service, both in local as well as in Regional and Global functions.<br />

He became a member of the <strong>Supply</strong> <strong>Chain</strong> Council (SCC) in 2000, and since served on the Europe Chapter Leadership Team, as<br />

Chairman, Treasurer and also as Vice-Chair of the Global Board of Directors. At present he holds the Membership Chair position<br />

in Europe. Michael is a SCC certified SCOR® Master Instructor, DCOR® Instructor, a Certified Process Professional Master and<br />

a frequent speaker at <strong>Supply</strong> <strong>Chain</strong> conferences internationally.<br />

His expertise includes initiatives such as customer service excellence, supply chain process re-engineering, logistics integration<br />

in the course of M&A’s, sales & operations planning, logistics services, process maturity assessments, and inventory management.<br />

The <strong>list</strong> of companies he worked for include JohnsonDiversey, Unilever, Robert Bosch, Panalpina and Kühne & Nagel.<br />

Michael has a strong drive for customer service and business process improvement. He is experienced in building and leading<br />

cross-functional and multi-cultural teams. He aims at pulling supply chain improvements from the customer end – balancing<br />

service, cost, and inventory, while developing people. Mr. Ginap is founder and owner of Avineo®, offering training and coaching<br />

as well as expert counseling in the field of <strong>Supply</strong> <strong>Chain</strong> <strong>Management</strong> and Customer Service Excellence to companies from various<br />

Kurt Haerri received his Executive <strong>MBA</strong> from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and prior to that graduated with a degree in Mechanical<br />

Engineering from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences. Starting in April of 2009, he has served as Senior Vice<br />

President and Head of the Global High-Rise Business at Schindler Elevators Ltd. In April 2013, he took over the lead of the Global<br />

Sales & Marketing Division in the Schindler Group.<br />

His focal points of teaching in the Asia module consist of managing in the cross-cultural Sino-West environment and of dimensions<br />

and dynamics of the Chinese Economy. During the study excursion to China, Mr. Haerri puts emphasis on critical success<br />

factors and failures in corporate China and enhancing market competencies as well as mutual cross-cultural understandings in<br />

the Chinese context.<br />

Mr. Haerri worked for Schindler in China from 1996 to 2003. Schindler was the very first industrial company worldwide to establish<br />

a joint venture in China back in 1980. In this exciting period of the company’s Asian expansion, Kurt worked in Shanghai<br />

and learned the local language. During the initial stage of his assignment, he introduced several new elevator product lines to<br />

the Chinese market. He also became a member of the Schindler China <strong>Management</strong> Team taking charge of the new installation<br />

business in this booming market. After his return to Switzerland in 2003, he took over the <strong>Supply</strong> <strong>Chain</strong> <strong>Management</strong> Division at<br />

Schindler Switzerland as a member of the Executive Committee. In 2005 he became Head of the New Installation Business of<br />

Schindler Switzerland and in addition in 2008 Head of the Modernization Business. Since May 2012 Kurt is a member of the board<br />

of directors of Komax Holding Ltd., a company <strong>list</strong>ed at the Swiss Stock Exchange.<br />
