IESO needs • dispatch data must be kept up to date (accuracy of dispatch depends on data accuracy) • loads must follow dispatch data as closely as practical— deviations from dispatch instructions can lead to violations of security limits and under‐scheduling of reserve • IESO system limitations can result in reserve scheduled from non‐dispatchable bid block • Inaccuracies due to the above is currently limiting amount of D‐load participating in reserve market 20 April 2005 IESO Market Operations Standing Committee Meeting 7
