SLIDE RAIL SHORING SYSTEMS FROM TRENCHS

Built Strong, Easy

to Install, and Now

Available for Rent

TrenchSafety’s Slide Rail Shoring Systems

provide an cost-effective alternative to

conventional “tight sheeting” shoring

methods. Our system is ideal for use in

confined areas and congested sites; with

poor soil conditions; or where soil support

is required. The modular, flexible design

allows easier, faster installation with

mid-sized equipment and a small crew.

• Built Strong

· Superior structural design means

superior strength. Well-suited for a

wide range of uses.

· Certified by a Professional Engineer

to meet OSHA’s protective

system requirements when used in

accordance with the manufacturer’s

instructions.

• Easy to Install

· The complete system consists

of just four basic components:

1.) corner posts, 2.) spreader posts,

3.) panels, 4.) spreader beams.

· The “dig and push” installation

method allows vibration-free, solid

support for excavation walls and

nearby structures.

· The entire system is installed

from the top down, and removed

from the bottom up, minimizing

restoration costs.

· Panels are lifted incrementally as

backfilling and compaction proceed.

• Now Available For Rent

· Renting means that you get exactly

the system you need, when and where

you need it. You save capital, and

incur no maintenance costs.

· Renting a Slide Rail Shoring

System from TrenchSafety is

typically 50% of the cost of

alternative sytems.

Slide Rail Shoring

is ideal for:

· Large, clear-span

excavations

· Square and rectangular pits

· Pipeline installations

· Boring pits

· Pre-cast structures

· Tank installation and

removal

· Pump stations

· Cast-in-place concrete

(reduces excavation size

and forming costs)

· Tunnel access
