*The participants with presentations included in the program are kindly requested to submit the
electronic version of the presentation, to the Scientific Committee, 24 hours before the
scheduled time for each paper, in order to respect the Congress timetable.
*Speaking time:
6 - 8 minutes for free papers
3 minutes for posters
8 - 10 minutes for video tapes
15 - 20 minutes for lectures
60 - 120 minutes for courses or satellite symposia
*The lectures will be presented on CD, DVD or memory stick (Windows 2007).
*The video tapes VHS or DVD will be in PAL system.
*The lectures will be presented in English or French.
