TH80 / TH100 aluminium double-walled<br />
General description<br />
<strong>Roller</strong> doors according to the regulations for power-operated doors<br />
<strong>Roller</strong> door curtain, double-walled<br />
of hinge-linked slats, for profiles see pages 5. The slats are arranged so that water can<br />
drain off. The roller door curtain is fastened to the flanging roller with adjustable mounts.<br />
The lower edge of the curtain is reinforced by the end slat which is rated according to<br />
requirements, and fitted with a permanently elastic hose seal to compensate for unevenness<br />
in the floor. Lateral end or sliding pieces prevent the slats profile type Thermorix<br />
TH80 and TH100 from slipping out of position.<br />
Guide rails<br />
made of sendzimir-galvanized steel (see page 6) for welding-on installation or for<br />
installation without welding with steel holder, normally with wear-proof plastic strips for<br />
less door running noise.<br />
Flanged roller<br />
of steel, primed, rated according to the tolerable deflection of 1/500 of its length, including<br />
the steel shafts calculated according to door weight. A flanged roller with a minimum<br />
diameter of 168 mm is used to wind the curtain more efficiently.<br />
Large-sized self-aligning ball bearings<br />
accommodate the flanged roller. Mounted on consoles. The consoles and guide rails are<br />
fastened with anchor plates which have to be positioned previously according to our<br />
position diagrams, or by using dowels.<br />
Electrical drive with slip-on gear mechanism<br />
as worm gear, totally enclosed and oil-proof, requires no maintenance, including<br />
integrated electromagnetic brake, can operate in any position, compact enclosed design,<br />
with reversing safeguard and precisely adjusted end switches including safety end<br />
switches, protection IP 54, operating voltage 400 V threephase, control voltage 230 V.<br />
The drive can be operated with the emergency hand-crank in an emergency. Hand- and<br />
motor drive are interlocked. The power is transmitted from the drive to the flanged roller<br />
by means of a steel shaft. Operated by means of a surface-mounted push button “upstop-down”<br />
on the inside of the door in a dead-man’s switch (push-button no. 2, page 6).<br />

Electrical drive with chain wheels<br />
as described above but power transmitted from drive to flanged roller with the necessary<br />
chain wheels of steel and corresponding roller chain as per DIN 8187.<br />
Dead-man switch<br />
as per DIN 18 358, i.e. it must be possible to watch the door closing from the push button<br />
position, and to interrupt the closing procedure by releasing pressure on the push button.<br />
Unroll safeguard / safety device<br />
All power-operated roller doors are equipped with an unroll safeguard which stops the<br />
curtain by influencing the curtain or the shaft when the supporting components fail.<br />
Supporting components are the gears and all other transmission elements between the<br />
motor and the shaft. According to section 3 of the law on technical working equipment<br />
(machine protection law), the chain wheel drives are equipped with chain safeguards,<br />
regardless of whether the intervention points are inside or outside the public access or<br />
working areas.<br />
Assembly/electrical installation<br />
Our assembly conditions are based on the existing DIN regulations. Accordingly, it is up<br />
to the customer to position and connect all electrical parts according to our wiring<br />
diagrams, and to provide the power supply and wiring between the parts. The customer<br />
is also responsible for providing the pre-fuse and locked main switch.<br />
