Various hotels at the airport and in central Frankfurt offer day
rooms that you can use between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. to relax
between flights in a private space. To book, go to the Fraport
Hotels & Tours counter (see p. 33) or the Service Point in
Terminal 2, Level 2.

Find Peace and Quiet in the Prayer and Worship Rooms
Frankfurt is the only German airport with prayer and worshipping
rooms for Christians, Jews, and Muslims that are open 24 hours a
day. These are places of stillness where you can pause and catch

Spanning 500 sq.m of floor space, the huge Luxx Lounge is
available to passengers of all airlines looking for a place to relax and
find some peace and quiet. A day ticket costs 30 euros and includes
food, drinks, showers, and use of a PC with Internet access.

Airport Tours and Visitors’ Terrace
A 45-minute tour of the terminal apron areas gives you an
overview of what goes on at the airport.
Tickets: Tour Counter in Terminal 1, Airport City Mall
Frankfurt. Tours leave daily at 1, 2, 3, and 4 p.m.;
on weekends and public holidays and during school
holidays in the German state of Hesse there are also tours
at 11 a.m. and 12 noon. No advance booking needed.

in Terminal 2 from April to October, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
