What do we do?
As the Customer Service Centre is the front line for council, we
aim to answer the majority of council queries as the first point
of contact. If not, Customer Service Representatives assist
residents to make contact with the department they need. In
addition to assisting customer queries we are also responsible
for accepting and processing customer account payments.
The types of activities Customer Service Representatives may
>> Reception for whole of council, issuing visitor’s passes,
Room bookings and key collection
>> Customer queries and requests
>> Payment for all council operations – cash, cheque, Visa,
>> Requests for service for all council departments
>> Information on council services
>> Order and pick up plans
>> Plumbing applications and Book plumbing inspections
>> Order and collect stand pipes
>> Dog registration payments and information.
