We seek an entrepreneurial person to lead our

in house maintenance teams (property and estate

servicing) and deliver high performance, value for

money, and excellent customer service through

growth. We already have some commercial business

grown from the development of innovative services

to internal and external clients but we want to grow

our capacity to win new business.

You will know from experience in either a social

housing or private sector, how to make maintenance

and property services work, how to lead a direct

labour workforce and make profit whilst delivering

be able to use your commercial skills to develop

Substantial housing provider seeks an Interim Senior Governance Officer to develop and implement

effective governance functions, systems and policies in order to meet regulatory requirements and

codes of best practice.

Reporting to the Managing Director, applicants will need to have a proven background within a

similar governance function; have a good understanding of the strategic issues facing the sector; be

experienced at providing Board level support and have excellent communication skills.

market towns and rural communities, there are pockets of deprivation in areas with high value housing

and other challenges around unemployment and community cohesion. So the role will suit someone

just housing and has the ability to make an impact on real lives.

X2 manager roles for an international housing charity Flexible Location

Circa £40-50k

Fund Manager: responsible for making investment decisions, to manage an existing fund that is used

to support a variety of suitable housing solutions across the globe. You will have a good grounding in

investment, risk management and financial modelling.

Business Processes Manager: responsible for mapping the business process by which funds reach

projects across the globe. Integrity of that process is key to our work, so this is a critical role in

providing assurance and systematising processes and quality standards.

For both roles, we are looking for people who have strong negotiation and influencing skills. Both

positions are new to the senior team, so there is an opportunity to be creative and shape your input

and impact. You will be entrepreneurial, ambitious for what the role and the organisation can achieve

and enthusiastic about working with a wide variety of people and diverse cultures. International
