services division.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for general housing needs, care & support, housing

for older people and young persons, supported housing, floating services, visiting support services

and community development and involvement. Experience at Director level gained within a

housing setting plus a significant background in care and support will be essential.

Interim Property and Assets Manager

West London

£40k pa (1 year fixed term contract)

Will consider 4 days per week (without pro rata of available salary for an exceptional candidate)

Small housing provider seeks an experienced manager to oversee delivery of a responsive repairs

service and a planned maintenance programme. Technical experience in both areas will be welcome

but expertise in one field with assurance to oversee the other will also be acceptable. A can-do

attitude and ability to work on own initiative is however crucial, as is the ability to support a strong

customer care culture. You will need to be able to provide financial and performance information

to the Director.

The fixed term contract is to cover a service review period and permanent recruitment to this post,

so we will consider candidates who may also be interested in the permanent role.
