This service provides individual support for people<br />
aged 55 and older who need additional help to live<br />
independently in <strong>Lambeth</strong> (within Apple Blossom<br />
Court, Tresco House, Newquay and Woodstock<br />
Sheltered <strong>Housing</strong>).<br />
We support people<br />

How to apply/eligibility criteria<br />
We help people who:<br />
• have a local connection with the London Borough of<br />
<strong>Lambeth</strong><br />
• have support needs that can be met by the service<br />
• have a tenancy with London and Quadrant <strong>Housing</strong> Trust<br />
in four specific schemes.<br />
We accept referrals from the following<br />
agencies:<br />
• Self referrals.<br />
• Referrals from London and Quadrant.<br />
