Intermediate Plus (26-35)
At the age of 26, the Intermediate Plus Member pays 50 per cent of the applicable annual dues and food-and-beverage minimums. Those amounts
increase annually by five per cent until they reach the full respective amounts for a Principal Member at age 36.
Senior Plus (70+)
To recognize Members age 70 and over with at least 10 years of membership, ClubLink offers a five-per-cent discount on annual dues and foodand-beverage
minimums and an additional five-per-cent discount on both for every year the Member is over 70 to a maximum of 50 per cent.

Notes:
Annual Dues are billed each year in December, and are due by January 31 of the applicable season. All major credit cards are accepted as payment.
The age of the Intermediate, Intermediate Plus or Junior Member is determined by the age of the Intermediate, Intermediate Plus or Junior Member as of January 1
each year.
Once an Intermediate Member reaches age 26 they must commit to paying a Membership Fee and become and Intermediate Plus Member. Their Membership Fee
under the ClubLink Graduate Program can be financed over 15 annual installments at zero interest. For more information on the Graduate Program please refer to
the ClubLink policies section of this Price Guide or speak to a Membership Consultant at 1-800-661-1818.

Membership policies within southern
FAMILY TWILIGHT
The spouse and children up to 15 years old (children under 12
have access to ClubLink’s academy courses only) of Prestige
and Platinum level Members receive a complimentary Family
Twilight Membership. This Family Twilight Membership provides
the spouse and eligible children access to golf at the Member’s
Home Club or any Academy course one hour after the start of
twilight time. Clubhouse dining is accessible at any time and at
any location.
MEMBERSHIP FEE FINANCING
New Silver and Gold Members can finance their Membership
over a minimum of seven annual installments at zero interest.
Join a Platinum or Prestige Club and automatically qualify for
a minimum of 10 annual installments interest free. If you are
under the age of 40, you would qualify for one additional year
of financing, to a maximum of 15 annual installments. Monthly
financing also available (some restrictions apply).
RECIPROCAL PLAYING PRIVILEGES
Silver Members have access to Silver, Gold and Daily Fee
Clubs (excluding Glen Abbey) without a reciprocal fee and
subject to availability. Silver Club Members have reciprocal
access to Platinum Member Clubs for a reciprocal fee of $65
and Prestige Member Clubs for a reciprocal fee of $80. In the
event a Silver Member introduces three paying guests at one
time, the reciprocal fee is waived when playing at Prestige and
Platinum Member Clubs. The reciprocal fee is also waived at
Platinum Member Clubs if the Silver Member’s Club is closed for
a non-Member, full shotgun event.
Gold Members have access to Platinum, Gold, Silver and Daily
Fee Clubs (excluding Glen Abbey) without a reciprocal fee
and subject to availability. Gold Club Members have reciprocal
access to Prestige Member Clubs for a reciprocal fee of $80.

HOME CLUB TEE TIME ACCESS PRIORITY
In order to protect Members’ access to tee times at their Home
Club, the Director of Operations at each property will designate
tee times for Home Club Members only during high-demand
periods. The high-demand periods may vary and are defined
by the Home Club Member’s playing patterns. Generally, these
times are on weekends and holidays from opening to noon;
and Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from noon to 3:30 p.m.
At our Resort properties, these times are from opening until
1 p.m. Initially, limited Associate times are available during
high-demand times; more are released to the Associate Club
Members if Home Club bookings are slower than anticipated.
SPOUSAL EVENING MEMBERSHIP
This Membership is designed to introduce the non-golfing
spouse of a ClubLink Member to the game of golf. This
Membership involves instruction, explanation of the rules of
golf, etiquette, unlimited access to Academy Courses and
evening access (30 minutes after twilight) to our Member
Championship Courses.
SENIOR TRANSFER AND PLAY PROGRAM
Principal/Spousal Members who are 65 and older and
have been Members for five or more years can transfer
their Membership within their direct family tree, while still
maintaining playing privileges.
FULL PRIVILEGE INTERMEDIATE/JUNIOR
MEMBERSHIPS
Intermediate and Junior Members who join ClubLink through
the ClubLink Graduate Program (Membership Fee applies) enjoy
reciprocal access to all ClubLink Clubs. Junior Members are
restricted to non-peak times only. Full-privilege Intermediate
and Junior Members are subject to the annual dues applicable
to their age category but are not responsible for a food and
beverage minimum until they reach the age of 26.
RESTRICTED ANNUAL INTERMEDIATE
AND JUNIOR MEMBERSHIPS
Annual Intermediate and Junior Members must be the children
or grandchildren of a ClubLink Member. They have access
to their Home Club only during non-peak times. They are
responsible to pay annual dues applicable to their age category,
but are not responsible for a food and beverage minimum.
Junior and Intermediate Members have access to all ClubLink

Intermediate Members
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, opening until 11:45 a.m.
Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, noon until 3:30 p.m.
Resort Clubs: Fridays from 11 a.m. until twilight; Saturdays,
Sundays and Holiday Mondays opening until 1 p.m.
SOCIAL AND NON-RESIDENT MEMBERS
Social and non-Resident Members have access to six rounds
of golf during the season, upon payment of the annual dues.
Practice range access is only available prior to a tee time.
ACADEMY MEMBERS
Academy Members have reciprocal playing privileges at
Trillium, The Academy Course at Cherry Downs, Down Under
at Wyndance, The Rattler at RattleSnake Point, The South
Course at The Country Club and The Villa Course at Lake
Joseph. ClubLink Academy Members have dining privileges at
all ClubLink facilities. Academy Members do not have access to
Member events at any ClubLink Championship Course unless
playing as a guest of a Member and upon payment of the
applicable guest fee.

VERANDAH MEMBERS
Verandah Members have recreational and dining access at all
ClubLink golf facilities. Verandah Members do not have golf
privileges unless playing as a guest of a Member and upon
payment of the applicable guest fee.
GOLFING GUESTS
Through LinkLine, Members are able to reserve for up to
three guests, except for Saturdays, Sundays and holiday
Mondays, from opening until 11 a.m. where one guest may
be introduced. Subject to availability, requests for additional
golfing guests may be made by contacting the Director of
Operations at your Home Club. This applies at your Home
Club or for reciprocal play. The frequency for introduction of
the same guest is limited to twice per month. However, outof-town
golfing guests of a Member may play an unlimited
number of rounds with the Member upon payment of the
applicable guest fee in any two week period, once per season.
Guests must be accompanied by a ClubLink Member at all
times unless prior arrangements are made with the golf shop.
IDENTIFICATION/GOLF CHECK-IN
Members must check in at the Golf Shop prior to using the
golf amenities at any ClubLink Club, and must carry their
Membership card with them at all times. Members must
present their Membership card when making any purchases on
their ClubLink account.
TEE TIME CANCELLATIONS
Non-weather related tee time cancellations are required no less
than 24 hours prior to play. To cancel a player or an entire tee
time, Members are required to contact LinkLine directly. In the
event the cancellation policy has not been adhered to, a $60
“no show” fee will be charged to the Member who made the
reservation.
NON-COMPLIANCE POLICY
If Home Club Members wish to entertain non-Home Club
Members in Home Club designated tee times on Saturday,
Sunday and Holiday mornings prior to 11 a.m., a 1:1 ratio of
Home Club Members to non-Home Club Members is required.
In the event a Home Club Member wishes to entertain
additional Associate Club Members in an applicable Home
Club designated time, a “non-compliance fee” of $60 will be
charged to the Member making the reservation.
ALCOHOL POLICY
Members and guests are strictly prohibited from bringing their
own alcohol onto a ClubLink property in accordance with all
applicable liquor licensing regulations. ClubLink’s Responsible
Alcohol Service policy is posted at each alcohol service location
and available for review. All alcohol service staff are fully trained
in the proper alcohol service techniques and are supported by
management while doing so. Any violation of these policies
may result in suspension or termination of membership.
MEMBER ACCESS TO GLEN ABBEY
Members have access to Glen Abbey throughout the week for
a $55 reciprocal fee and mandatory cart fee. The reciprocal
fee will be waived when a Member introduces three or more
guests. The reciprocal fee is not waived when a Member’s
home course is closed for Member or Corporate shotgun
event. Tee times can be booked up to seven days in advance
and are subject to availability. At Glen Abbey ONLY, a Member
may book a maximum of seven guests (two consecutive tee
times but only one Member is needed). After 11:30 a.m. on
weekends and holidays, Prestige and Platinum Members can
play Glen Abbey without a reciprocal fee (cart fee only).
CART RENTAL
ClubLink facilities are not cart mandatory (except Glen Abbey
and Bond Head). Lake Chesdin - cart mandatory for non-Lake
Chesdin Members.
TEE TIME RESERVATIONS
Members have seven-day advance booking privileges
(exceptions may be arranged for special circumstances through
the Home Club Director of Operations). Tee times at all courses
may be arranged through LinkLine (ClubLink’s centralized tee
time reservation system) to a maximum of two tee times per
phone call. For your convenience, a LinkLine courtesy phone
is available at each ClubLink facility. When booking tee times,
Members are required to provide the name of each person in
their group in order to eliminate double bookings by Members
(thus leaving valuable tee time inventory for alternative Member
bookings).

Food and beverage
Food and Beverage Minimum Policy
All ClubLink Membership categories (other than Intermediate, Junior and Non-Resident Members) are subject to a food and beverage
minimum. Taxes and service charges are excluded from the calculation of the reduction of the unspent food and beverage minimums.
Food and beverage expenditures at all ClubLink facilities will be included in the reduction of the unspent food and beverage minimums
in the event the expenditure is charged to a Member account. Minimum amounts are not pre-billed; the unspent minimum, if any, at
the end of the period will be applied to a Member account.
