The Progress…. (# 1)

• Initial discussion between Set. Pokja Pengendali and the

Chairman of KPK, 16 february 2012.

• Facilitated by GAC Team World Bank, KPK have been developing

2 component activities under this partnership:

(i) Study of transparency and accountability of facilitator

recruitment at provincial level (3 – 5 provinces, will conducted

by KPK researchers)

(ii) Development of Anti Corruption education and socialization

tools (movie, leaflet etc.) – joint efforts

• Set. Pokja Pengendali (in collaboration with GAC Team and

PSF) will contribute for the development of concept note of

the study and create the tools

#3. SMS SHORT NUMBER – 1676

Integrated Complaint Mechanism

Background

• To strengthen the CHU implemented by PNPM projects

• To integrate database of PNPM Corruption and Complaint report

• Support from Ministry of Communication and Information.

Progress

• Agreement to use 1676 as PNPM short number with 10 operator cellulars (MoU

will be signed on May 2012)

• SMS Gateway application system, operated by Set. Pokja Pengendali supported

by cellular providers (developing stage due June 2012)

• Testing Period, July 2012

• Socialization and Implementation, will be started on July 2012
