With 16 basic modules in medium and low temp and a choice of 24- or 30-inch wide doors, endless remote
merchandisers are designed to fit most any space requirement. They can be used as stand-alone models or
combined for a continuous line up. Standard remote refrigeration systems also reduce heat and noise on the
sales floor.

from the sales space which lowers air conditioning loads and
saves energy

NOTE: All models furnished with R-404A expansion valve unless otherwise specified.
REMOTE REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS
Evaporator coils are top mounted inside
the cabinet and feature heavy-duty
copper tubing as well as a pre-mounted
expansion valve. Electric defrost is
standard on low temp models.
Remote refrigeration systems also include a condensing unit with all necessary
components supplied for installation including a solenoid valve. Temperature
and defrost settings are adjusted through the standard electronic controller
located on the merchandiser.
Endless remote models can also be
designed to connect with a parallel
rack system.

Endless SC models give you the same size and merchandising versatility of remote models plus a self-contained
refrigeration system for quick and easy installation.

Refrigeration system is pre-charged with quick connect
fittings and flexible hoses

Field installed, top mounted 24 gauge steel shroud with a
finish that matches the cabinet exterior
Fiberglass mat sound insulation around the condensing unit
Installation height of under 80"

SELF-CONTAINED REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS
The condensing unit is
covered with a sound dampening fiberglass mat.
A standard 20" tall steel shroud provided by
Master-Bilt covers all components.
A top mounted evaporator is inside the case.
SC model refrigeration systems are pre-charged
with refrigerant and equipped with with quick
connect fittings and flexible hoses.
The standard condensate
vaporizer plugs into to an
electrical box on the top of
the merchandiser.

ENDLESS ADVANTAGES
SHELVES: Five durable,
two-position cantilever
shelves per door
(plus a bottom shelf)
for the maximum
merchandising
flexibility. Each shelf
holds up to 135 lbs.
SUPPORT RAILS:
Bottom support rails
are designed to allow
forklift access from the
sides or back.
DOORS: Choice of models with either 24-inch
or 30-inch wide doors to best fit the sales
space. Standard 63" tall doors provide a 61"
vertical product viewing area.
LIGHTING: LED lighting, standard in all endless
merchandisers, uses less energy and lasts
longer than fluorescent bulbs. Higher quality
LED lighting also increases visual appeal for
products turning merchandisers into sales
showcases.
HEIGHT: Endless models are designed to fit through a standard 80" tall
doorway for easier installation (ends must be either shipped loose or
removed).

FINSHES: Standard
white or black textured
finishes inside and out
provide an attractive
showcase while hiding
scratches and dents
that may occur over
time.
TRIM: Trim pieces
on each end may be
provided in black,
white or stainless steel.
Custom colors are also
available.
CURB: Merchandisers have a standard flat front
(top) with an optional curb (bottom) also available.
Protective bumpers are provided with both
styles.
SUPER CONTROLLER SYSTEM
Master-Bilt’s Super Controller system is an energy
efficient electronic controller option for TEM/TEL model
endless glass door merchandisers with remote refrigeration
systems.
The Super Controller gives operators significant
advantages:
• The Super Controller’s ability to float the head pressure
of condensing units result in impressive energy
savings. Simply stated, floating the pressure allows
a condensing unit to use cold ambient air to reduce
compressor energy usage.
• The Super Controller’s electric expansion valve,
installed in an evaporator coil, is more accurate than
mechanical valves and responds to evaporator superheat
for precisely regulated refrigerant flow. Efficient
flow ensures optimum system performance and lower
energy use.
• Because the superheat is factory pre-set, the installer
doesn’t have to return after the cabinet is down to
temperature and set it, allowing significant savings on
installation costs.
