The promotional campaign and rebate redemption settlements are managed by arvato distribution GmbH, Gottlieb- Daimler- Straße. 1, 33428 Harsewinkel, Germany. The AutoCAD® Inventor LT Suite New Seat Rebate Promotion is valid only with purchases of qualifying new commercial licenses of AutoCAD® Inventor LT Suite software. Multi-license packs including more than 5 single licenses (such as 10 seat packs), upgrades, crossgrades, competitive trade-ups, legacy, educational licenses or education-to-commercial transfers DO NOT qualify. The rebate is valid for licenses purchased by end-users within the promotion period starting October 18 th 2010 and ending January 15th 2011. This promotion is valid in the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland only. Only companies established in the EEA or Switzerland and individuals resident in the EEA or Switzerland qualify for redemption of this voucher. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Eligible participants in the United Kingdom may apply for a rebate of up to GBP 400 per license, eligible participants in other EEA Member States and Switzerland may apply for a rebate of up to EUR 450 per license. No other payout currencies are available. The rebate applies to a maximum of five (5) single licenses per purchaser. The rebate value and pay-out currency is determined by Autodesk based on the customer’s place of business or place of residence, and not by the country of purchase within the EEA. The rebate can only be claimed by completing the online rebate form at www.autodeskrebate.com/inventorltsuite with the relevant product purchase information including purchaser’s personal and company details, the Autodesk part number of the product licenses, serial number from the AutoCAD® Inventor LT Suite software and quantity of licenses purchased. In addition, submission of a legible copy of the end-user’s original invoice or sales receipt dated from between October 18 th 2010 and January 15th 2011 (dates are inclusive), including a description of the product licenses purchased, Autodesk part number and serial number of the product licenses purchased, quantity of licenses purchased, and the reseller name. Any information on purchase prices obtained by arvato will not be accessed by Autodesk. Incomplete or missing information will cause the submission to be disqualified. Purchase orders will not be accepted as proof of purchase. TO QUALIFY, THE COMPLETED ONLINE REBATE FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED, TOGETHER WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE, WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE OF YOUR QUALIFYING PURCHASE INVOICE OR SALES RECEIPT AND NO LATER THAN JANUARY 31 ST 2011.
