• Be sure to have paper and a pen ready before you call, so that you can write down your trip information.<br />
• Be ready to provide our operator with cross streets or addresses for the starting point of your trip and<br />
your destination.<br />
• Think about what day you’ll be riding, and at what time you need to start your trip and arrive at your<br />
destination before you call. This will allow our operator to create a detailed trip planner just for you!<br />
