Sources of MTW Fund Uses include the following:<br />

Public Housing Operating Subsidy funding from <strong>HUD</strong> projected for the fiscal year<br />
ending June 30, 20<strong>12</strong><br />
Public Housing Rental and Other Income represents amounts collected from<br />
residents of our Public Housing communities for rents and other miscellaneous<br />
charges<br />
The CFP amounts listed as sources include all unobligated funds projected to be<br />
available for use by the Agency<br />
Uses of MTW Funds include the following:<br />

Salaries and Benefits, Repair and Maintenance, Utilities, Protective Services,<br />
Insurance, and Other Expenses represents the combined operating costs for the<br />
Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher Programs<br />
HAP Expense for the HCV Program identifies the projected payments to<br />
landlords for the fiscal year ends June 30, 20<strong>12</strong><br />
The CFP funds will be utilized in accordance with the SAHA Development Policy<br />
which is currently being established for the Agency<br />
Provision for Preservation and Expansion of Affordable Housing will be utilized to<br />
preserve and enhance our existing housing stock and expand affordable housing<br />
opportunities for the residents of San Antonio in mixed-income communities<br />
through the leveraging of tax credits and preserving existing public housing,<br />
Housing Choice Voucher, and other MTW activities.<br />
Uses for the Compliance Programs include costs related to the assurance of<br />
compliance with federal regulations for all programs which foster selfsufficiency<br />
Self-Sufficiency Activities include on the job training, child care training and<br />
assistance, transportation assistance, co-location of agencies, training of staff for<br />
implementation of the Holistic Case Management Model as well as stipends for<br />
the Resident Ambassador Program<br />

SAHA is not a recipient of State and Local funds.<br />
