<strong>Assumption</strong> <strong>High</strong> <strong>School</strong>, a college preparatory<br />
school for young women in grades 9-12, was<br />
founded in 1955 by the Sisters of Mercy. Our<br />
mission and values are the foundation of our<br />
identity as a Catholic school and guide our<br />
decisions and actions as an institution. We are<br />

MISSION STATEMENT<br />
The mission of the <strong>Assumption</strong> <strong>High</strong><br />
<strong>School</strong> Athletic Department is to provide<br />
an athletics program that represents the<br />
highest standard of integrity that enhances<br />
the educational philosophy of <strong>Assumption</strong>,<br />
complements and provides services in<br />
support of the school's mission, supports<br />
the total development of the student<br />
athlete, and provides opportunities for<br />
