by reaching the decision-makers of

the warehouse-based 3PL industry.

Logistics Association, is the only

trade association serving third-party

warehousing logistics companies

in the U.S. and Canada. Collectively,

our members operate more than

800 million square feet of warehouse

space and are the largest shippers

of products in North America.

They provide warehouse services,

transportation and a broad range

of value-added services to offer the

most efficient and cost-effective

logistics solutions to their customers.

Some Compelling Facts

➜ 91% of attendees receive

their most useful buying

information at the IWLA

complimentary convention registrations per

convention registrations at a discounted rate.

As a convention attendee, all sessions and

food and beverage functions are open to you.

Unlike the usual trade show, our exhibit hall

is where many of the convention’s food and

beverage functions take place, attracting a

large number of attendees. For this reason,

free passes are not available.

4. How do I select my booth space?

After you send IWLA your completed

Exhibitor Contract and payment, you may

select the booth location in which you are

interested. It is best to give IWLA your top

three choices. IWLA will do its best not to

place competitors next to each other. The

floor plan is included in this brochure. There

is a spot on the Exhibitor Contract for you to

select your booth space. IWLA will contact

you to let you know which booth number you

are assigned.

5. Which convention activities

may I attend?

As an exhibitor, you are also considered a

registrant for the Annual Convention. You are

entitled and encouraged to attend all activities,

including educational sessions, social events,

receptions, breakfasts, luncheons and the

Chairman’s Reception and Banquet. These

activities present great opportunities for you

to build business relationships with potential

and existing customers.

*If you are registered after February 1, 2010, IWLA cannot guarantee that you will be listed

in the convention program or pocket planner.

6. Can I receive a copy of

the attendee list?

Yes. Each exhibitor will receive a copy of the

pre-event registration list as well as the

official attendee program, which contains an

attendee list.

7. How do I make my hotel reservation?

Hotel reservations are made directly through

the Hotel del Coronado at the special IWLA

group rate (while space lasts). Rates and

reservation information are included on the

IWLA website.

8. What should I bring to

the Convention?

Bring your best sales representatives, plenty

of business cards and sales materials.
