What is <strong>eTICKETING</strong>?<br />

• <strong>eTICKETING</strong> is a new process replacing the need to print and send paper tickets.<br />

Passengers will retrieve their travel documents using the princess.com Cruise<br />

Personalizer.<br />

• The new e-documents will replace the current paper tickets, whilst also giving<br />

passengers access to more information and additional services.<br />

• All passengers will continue to receive a Cruise Answer Book, including luggage<br />

labels, at approximately 8 weeks prior to departure . We will also continue to send<br />

flight tickets as we do today.<br />

• <strong>Princess</strong> <strong>Cruises</strong> introduced e-documents for US passengers some time ago so it is<br />

fantastic that we are now able to provide the same service to UK passengers<br />

travelling with <strong>Princess</strong> <strong>Cruises</strong>.<br />

1. E-mail sent to the passenger and their Travel Agent to advise<br />

that the eTICKET BOARDING PASS is available<br />

2. Passenger visits www.princess.com and follows the link to Cruise<br />

Personalizer<br />

3. Passenger Immigration must be completed<br />

4. eTICKET BOARDING PASS can be accessed<br />

• You will receive an email as soon as your eTICKET BOARDING PASS is<br />

available, which is approximately 7 weeks prior to departure.<br />

Q) I haven’t provided you with an email address, how will I know to access my eTICKET<br />

BOARDING PASS?<br />

• You can add your email address via Cruise Personalizer, we will then send an alert via email<br />

Q) Why is my eTICKET BOARDING PASS not available?<br />

• Is your Passenger Immigration information complete? You will need to<br />

complete this information before being able to access your eTICKET BOARDING PASS.<br />

• Your eTICKET BOARDING PASS may not be available yet (available approximately 7<br />

weeks prior to departure).<br />

Q) Why do you need my credit card details?<br />

• Credit card information is required in advance to set up your shipboard account. Further<br />

details regarding shipboard accounts can be found in the Cruise Answer Book.<br />

Q) My cruise leaves in 5 days time (or less), can I still access my Travel Documents and eTICKET<br />

BOARDING PASS?<br />

• The Travel Summary and eTICKET BOARDING PASS can still be accessed to download and<br />

print up to the day <strong>of</strong> departure, as long as your Passenger Immigration and<br />

Credit Card information is complete.<br />

Q) I’m sailing within the next 5 days and I can’t Download or Print my eTICKET BOARDING PASS<br />

because my Passenger Immigration and/or Credit Card Information is incomplete. What do<br />

I do?<br />

• Call <strong>Princess</strong> Reservations who can complete this information for you. The passenger will<br />

need to log out and back into Cruise Personalizer for these changes to take effect and then<br />

allow access to the eTICKET BOARDING PASS.<br />

Q) What about flight tickets?<br />

• We will continue to send flight tickets as we do today.<br />

Q) How do I obtain luggage labels for my holiday?<br />

• Luggage labels will be included in the Pre-Cruise Mailing sent directly to passengers<br />

at approximately 8 weeks prior to departure.<br />
