Info Bid conference was opened with following agenda :

1. Brief explanation on the project scope (TOR) – technical

issue.

2. Brief explanation on RFP document – administrative issue

(closing date, submission form & method, delivery place for

submitting proposal, etc).

4. Question & Answer (Q & A)

The above explanation has been stated on the RFP document. Bidders

are encouraged to carefully read the RFP document before preparing

the proposal.

2 Q What is the overhead cost (maximum 10%) as part of the price

schedule?

A This is for unforseen fee

3 Q Please clarify if all CV’s should be submitted

A

Yes, all CV’s are required

4 Q Please clarify that who will prepare the content of event,

invitations, etc?

A The REDD+ Task Force will prepare the content of events, list of

participants and invitations.

5 Q Please clarify the area’s of event to be conducted

A

The exact number and location of evens has not been determined. The

REDD+ Task Force Working Groups will b responsible for

determining events.

6 Q Please clarify the company experiences requirement, as our

company has changed the “Akta Perusahaan” since 2010

A The RFP requires Organisations/Firms to have five (5) years

experience, the Team Managers to have four (4) years experience,

and the Team Members to have 2 (two) years experience. If your

Organisation/Firm was restructured in 2010 (e.g. a change of

shareholders etc.) and you can show a continuity of services for five

(5) years (e.g. similar management, clients etc.), then this may be

accepted.

7 Q Please clarify what the budget and financial reconsiliation as

(no.10 and no.12) in the price schedule form

A - Within the contract period, the communication team will work

closely and in daily basis with the Communications and

Multistakeholder Process Technical Team, which is why REDD+

Task Force need the presence of winner’s representative(s) to be in

their office, to keep every activity updated.

- In REDD+, there are 6 technical teams and for information, there are

lots of activities could happen in one day. The input in how to keep

the communication and contact is very important, therefore we need

some of the selected contractor’s staff to be there daily.

8 Q Please confirm if Bidders may propose different number of staff

(less than 11 persons as required in the TOR). And if 11 staff is

mandatory, please clarify if all of them have to be in UKP4 office

everyday.

A - Please use the revised #01 of Price schedule.

9 Q Please clarify if subcontracting or consortium is allowed

A

For subcontrating: Yes it’s allowed. Please refer to Annex III – clause

5.

For consortium: in the technical envelope, Bidder must submit/attach

the official statement of the consortium, with details of scope of

works/responsibility of each party, and duly signed by the authorized

officials (both/all parties).

10 Q Please clarify the insurance as described in article 8.4 at page 17

A - UNDP can not be held liable by the insurance carrier in relation to

the insurance policy

11 Q Please clarify if there is page limitation in submitting the

proposal

A There is no page limitation. The proposal should be clear and should

respond to TOR requirement.
