A modular feeder can be added
at any time to give a fully
automated laminator.The suction
feeder offers a deep pile for
longer run work and is easily
adjustable for a variety of
different sheet sizes.
A film slitter is provided to allow
non-standard sheet sizes to be
run when using a wider standard
width film, reducing the need to
carry stocks of non-standard film
widths.
A ‘missing sheet’ detector stops
the laminator if no sheet is
detected helping to avoid messy
wraparounds.
A decurl bar, which may be
altered on the run, is fitted to
assist in giving a flat result.
A simple control panel allows
speed and temperature to be
adjusted to suit the work being
run.
The automatic sheet separator is
adjustable to separate any size of
sheet up to B2 and allows the
laminator to be run by a single
operator.
The film mandrel is capable of
accepting both 25mm and
76mm core sizes.
When utilising an automatic
feeder the film can be adjusted
laterally on the run to minimise
waste and down time.
