1. What will happen to the treaty settlement

The treaty land settlement will be held
collectively as In-SHUCK-ch Nation Land
subject to:

Former reserve lands held collectively by
each community.
Certificates of Possession and Notices of
Entitlement continuing as individual
interests.

Yes, In-SHUCK-ch Nation Citizens can own
land under Treaty.
In-SHUCK-ch Nation Government will be
developing a land use plan. This plan will
set out the policies for land use; such as
individual holdings, economic opportuni -
ties, infrastructure and community housing.

No Evidence of Titles Issued and other
traditional holdings.
2. I have a Certificate of Possession, what
happens to it after Treaty?

All Certificates of Possession will be
honoured in an equivalent form.
