Information required of the proposer under the terms of this RFP is also required for each subcontractor. The prime contractor shall be the single point of contact for all subcontract work. Unless provided for in the contract with the State, the prime contractor shall not contract with any other party for any of the services herein contracted without the express prior written approval of the State. 3.8 Ownership of Proposal All materials submitted in response to this request shall become the property of State.
