This research aimed to study the<br />
characteristics and results of using technological<br />
dimension in learning arts for mental therapy of<br />
abused children in Children Village School,<br />
Changwat Kanchanaburi. The characteristics of<br />
using technological dimension in learning<br />
consisted of 3 dimensions: first dimension was<br />
using the instructional media in learning; second<br />
dimension was technological using of<br />
techniques in learning; and the third dimension<br />
was management in learning and also studying<br />
the results of using technological dimension in<br />
learning arts for mental therapy of abused<br />
children in physical aspect, mental aspect and<br />
social aspect. Case study was conducted on<br />
4 teachers and officers and 8 students<br />
from Children Village School, Changwat<br />
Kanchanaburi. Qualitive data was collected by<br />
using formal and informal interviews,<br />
participant and non - participant observation,<br />
documents and biography analysis.<br />
Characteristics of using technological aspects in<br />
3 dimensions were different kinds of media in<br />
learning arts. This media was assembled with<br />
natural-media available in their school. Learners<br />
learnt together by using demonstration via<br />
natural observation, and experimented together<br />
with teachers and students. Children could learn<br />
according to their will by managing the content<br />
suitable with their age and ability. The results of<br />
the technological dimension in learning arts, in<br />
physical aspect found that the children who were<br />
physically strong had better mental condition<br />
with less aggressive and could control<br />
themselves better. In social aspect, they could<br />
work well with the others and had the dominant<br />
ability in presenting their opinion to the others<br />
and solving problems in work environment.<br />

FOR PUBLIC RELATIONS ON HOMESTAY<br />
TOURISM CAMPAIGN : A CASE STUDY OF<br />
THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN PART OF<br />

This research’s objective was to<br />
construct a website for public relations on<br />
homestay tourism campaign. The researcher had<br />
arranged contents and details as well as<br />
homestay activities in each page of the website<br />
so that it was convenient for those who<br />
interested in the homestay tourism to read via<br />
the internet. An experiment of accumulating data<br />
has been evaluated, analyzed and concluded by<br />
two media experts and six data experts. Then,<br />
information about satisfaction from the website<br />
were obtained by questionnaires from group of<br />
specified samples which consisted of 52 people.<br />
Device used in the experiment were the website<br />
for public relations on website homestay tourism<br />
campaign, evaluation questionnaires based on<br />
quality evaluating form, and satisfactory<br />
evaluating form. Rating was made in five levels<br />
according to the Likert method --calculating the<br />
sum and standard diviasion value.<br />
Conclusion of data analysis was drawn<br />
from evaluating the quality of the website for<br />
public relations on website homestay tourism<br />
campaign. The media experts and the data<br />
experts found out that the website had quality at<br />
an average of 4.08. From the evaluation of the<br />
sample group's opinions, it was apparently found<br />
that the satisfaction from the website had<br />
reached the level to an average of 3.96.<br />
Therefore, the website for public relations on<br />
website homestay tourism campaign had<br />
generally good quality and could be used in<br />
public relations on website homestay tourism<br />
campaign which visitors could study any<br />
information as they pleased.<br />
