Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoche and dedicated for world peace and the well-being of all sentient beings—from now until they reach enlightenment—in the 9th month of the Water Snake year, in the Tibetan Royal Era 2140, on the 22nd day of Lord Buddha’s descent from heaven, the 24th day of November, 2013 CE.
