3.Set the MODE field (Sync input section) to MIDI CLOCK W/SONG<br />

POINTER if you want to receive midi clock and song pointer messages. If<br />

you want to ignore any incoming song pointer messages, set it to MIDI<br />

CLOCK<br />

4.Set the MIDI INPUT field to 2.<br />

5.Press the MAIN SCREEN key.<br />

6.Create your sequence on the <strong>MPC</strong><strong>60</strong>.<br />

7. Now, start the external device and the ASQ10 will automatically play in<br />

sync. If Song Position Pointer messages are not being used, you must<br />

position each device at its start before playing the master.<br />

To play back a "Song" (Song mode) in sync to the Midi<br />

Clock:<br />

To play back a "Song" in sync to the Midi Clock signal, follow the above<br />

instructions, except select the SONG MODE screen before receiving the<br />

Midi Clock signal. This way, the active song will play instead of the active<br />

sequence.
