Bounce Rates by Send Volumes This chart displays the total number of bounced messages as a percentage of the total amount of emails sent. Send volumes are broken into five categories based on the number of contacts: 5 - 499 500 - 999 1,000 - 4,999 Findings 5,000 - 9,999 10,000+ Bounce rates for Jul - Dec 2012 have decreased across the board. Bounce Rates by Industry This table displays Bounce Rates by industry. To understand this table you need to be aware that: Increasing Bounce Rates are adverse. This is why an increasing percentage change is coloured red. Decreasing Bounce Rates are ideal. This is why a decreasing percentage change is coloured green. Findings Trades and Services achieved the lowest bounce rate (1.65%). Science and Technology (-4.65%) and Construction (-4.34%) showed the greatest improvement. Advertising/Media/Entertainment was the worst performing industry with a bounce rate of (7.96%) closely followed by Real Estate and Property (7.93%).
