JOB DESCRIPTION FM CONWAY LTD Job Responsibilities Job Title: Department: Location: Hours: Job Purpose: Key Responsibilities: Payroll Coordinator Finance Hawley Road, Dartford Full time To supervise the operation of the company’s outsourced payroll and pensions provisions in order to ensure the efficient operations of the company’s payroll and pension schemes. 1. To ensure the effective operations of all company payrolls. 2. To manage the vendor relationship with the company payroll providers, ensuring established service level agreements are adhered to. 3. To audit changes to employee terms / conditions to ensure adjustments to records are properly performed by the payroll providers. 4. To require operational compliance with submission deadlines. 5. To ensure timely submission of all payroll data to the company’s payroll providers. 6. To audit payroll activities undertaken by the company’s payroll providers. 7. To ensure month end processes are completed effectively by the payroll provider, to the satisfaction of the company’s Finance team. 8. To ensure all third party payments are made correctly, whether they be by the company or the payroll provider. 9. To act as the administrator for all pension schemes operated by or participated in by the company. 10. To keep abreast of all legislative changes and best practice recommendations in payroll and pensions administration. 11. To produce reports as required and on a monthly basis. 12. To participate, contribute to and lead on company payroll and pension projects as appropriate. 13. To undertake other duties and ad hoc projects as required by the business. 14. To act in accordance with company policies and procedures, particularly with reference to our Equality and Diversity policies, procedures and practices. 15. To behave in a manner that supports the company’s stated Vision and Values and ensure other team members do like-wise. 16.
