> HOW IMPORTANT IS TECHNIQUE?

A safe effective workout means executing

proper technique and good form. Engrams are

the original tension. If you’ve wondered why you

Tip of The Month:

Change The Pace! If you need time….hit the ball

above the service line (lob). If you have time, hit the

ball hard below the service line. For a rally pace, hit

at the line. ~Johnny

Learning to exercise properly from the beginning will

make your workouts more effective and will help

prevent future injuries caused by accumulated stress on

the body as a result of repetitive faulty movement patterns.

Investing in a trainer has MUCH more to do with proper

exercise technique in the beginning than it does about

motivation. Call in the experts and at the very least take

advantage of the amazing FREE series of workshops
