Ms. Jordan has over 27 years of experience in the environmental field<br />
including 15 years with the <strong>Florida</strong> Department of Environmental<br />
Protection and 10 years with major international and local consulting<br />
firms focusing on state transportation projects. Her expertise includes<br />
federal, state and local environmental policy, permitting, and<br />
compliance specializing in wetlands, wildlife, water quality, aquatic<br />
ecology, and mitigation. Responsibilities include the preparation and<br />
oversight of documentation required for compliance with National<br />
Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Clean Water Act, Rivers and<br />
Harbors Act, the Endangered Species Act, the Magnuson-Stevens<br />
Fishery Conservation and Management Act, and <strong>Florida</strong>’s<br />
Environmental Resources Permitting and wildlife management laws.<br />
Other experience includes ecosystem restoration, mitigation<br />
construction project management and agency coordination.<br />
Port of Miami Tunnel – FDOT, District 6, Miami-Dade County,<br />
<strong>Florida</strong>. Project Environmental Manager responsible for the<br />
acquisition of environmental permits required for the construction of a<br />
twin tube tunnel under the navigation channel of the Port of Miami and<br />
associated infrastructure. Responsibilities include agency coordination,<br />
protected species consultations and water quality and habitat impact<br />
assessment as required by the requisite agencies, the development of<br />
technical support data and the production of environmental permit<br />
applications. A total of 23 environmental permits were required<br />
including multiple <strong>Florida</strong> Environmental Resource Permits (ERP), US<br />
Army Corps of Engineers(USACE) regulatory permits (Section 404<br />
and Section 10), and Miami-Dade County Department of<br />
Environmental Management permits<br />
Marco Island Bridge Replacement, FDOT, District One, Collier<br />
County. Environmental Manager responsible for agency coordination,<br />
field assessment, preparation and submittal of required regulatory<br />
permit applications including State of <strong>Florida</strong> Environmental Resource<br />
Permits, US Army Corps of Engineers regulatory permits (Section 404<br />
and Section 10), and US Coast Guard permit and environmental<br />
clearances required for the replacement of a single span draw bridge<br />
with twin fixed structure and fishing piers over Big Marco Pass in the<br />
Big Marco River.<br />

Environmental Permitting Services. Task Manager Tasks included<br />
conducting wetland delineations, wildlife surveys, boat surveys;<br />
preparing applications for State of <strong>Florida</strong> Environmental Resource<br />

and Section 10), US Coast Guard, agency coordination and in-house<br />
