ABOUT DISTANCE LEARNING COURSE

Hong Kong is commonly known as a

This is a three-month certificate course

conducted through distance-learning. A selftutorials

package will be sent to participants.

Participants are required to send the

assignments for marking. All marked

assignments will then be returned to participants

with suggested answers.

STUDY PACKAGE

Participants are entitled to the full set of courses

materials with a study schedule. The self-tuition

package consists of an effective study guide,

course material, assignments and a participant

information folder.

AWARD OF CERTIFICATE

Certificate will be awarded by The Hong Kong

Management Association to participants who

have successfully completed and passed 3 out

of the total 4 assignments for each course.

INTRODUCTION

The efficiency of office operations is vital to the success of a business. A well-operated office will facilitate the flow

of information necessary for management in the short-term and long-term planning process. With the aid of meticulously

designed procedures and forms, the smooth execution of predetermined policy for fulfilment of the company’s objectives

can be ensured.

At the same time, control of office expenses is equally important to the sound management of a company. It is therefore

essential for you to learn effective means of cost-saving through such means as work simplification techniques and

skills in selecting office equipment.
