are invited to atttend a reception with federal judges.
Hors d’oeuvres and libations will be served. To make

Young Lawyers Roundtable and Swearing In
Ceremony for the U.S. Supreme Court and the
Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals
Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa
Young lawyers will enjoy a breakfast and roundtable
discussion with federal judges and will have the
opportunity to be sworn in to the U.S. Supreme Court
Bar and the Eleventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals
Bar. One general hour and one professionalism hour
of CLE will be offered. The cost of the Roundtable
breakfast is $50. Additional fees apply for CLE credit
and admission to the courts.

Court Bar and/or the Eleventh Circuit Court of
Appeals Bar, please see the instructions for Special

php. It is imperative that you thoroughly read the
instructions regarding the application process.
The deadline for receipt of your application and fee is
Friday, March 1. Applications will not be accepted
after this date. You are responsible for submitting
a complete application packet, including payment,
in accordance with these instructions. Incomplete
applications will not be accepted. The instructions
will tell you where to send completed applications
and checks. All applications should be mailed
to the Circuit Executive’s Office of the
Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Do not send
applications to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Spouses and guests of those who are participating
in the swearing-in ceremony cannot attend the
Roundtable. They may be able to observe the
swearing-in ceremony, but only if there is space
available in the room. Spouses and guests who are
admitted must have photo identification and they will
be screened by the U.S. Marshals Service.
Hotel Accommodations
Cut-off date for reservations is April 5.
The YLD has a block of rooms available at the Hyatt
Regency Savannah. Room rates are $205/night for
single or double occupancy plus applicable taxes
(currently 13 percent) plus a $1 City of Savannah fee
per room per night. Regency or Plaza rooms are $349/
night plus tax and fee. To make reservations, please

48 hours prior to arrival date.
