Cert II & III Horticulture

Are you interested in maintaining plants, landscaping,

gardens, parks and green spaces Do you enjoy working

outdoors

If so this could be the traineeship opportunity for you!

job summary: The trainee will undertake a variety of duties,

including maintaining plants and planted areas, operating

tractors and other equipment and machinery, harvesting and

treating plants, constructing horticultural features, applying

chemical and biological agents and maintaining irrigation and

drainage systems.

Cert II Conservation & Land Management

Are you interested in restoring native bushland Do you value

the preservation of natural bushland Do you enjoy working

outdoors

If so this could be the traineeship opportunity for you!

job summary: This traineeship provides an excellent

grounding for those wishing to work in the bush regeneration/

revegetation industry. Subjects covered in the traineeship

include weed management, plant identification, vegetation

structure, restoration of natural areas and practical skills such

as fencing, machinery maintenance and chemical use.

Cert II or III Vector Control – Pest Management

The Vector Control Traineeship provides an excellent grounding

if you are pursuing a career in pest management or bush

regeneration and revegetation. Trainees will undertake

the necessary requirements to obtain a Pest Management

Technicians Licence.
